Withdrawal Form

In accordance with Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us using this form or by writing to our email address before the indicated deadline.

Confirm that the garment retains the protective hygiene seal and original tags intact.
I understand that, in accordance with Art. 103.e of the Consumer Law, if the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with, I will lose my right of return for health and hygiene reasons.

Return Instructions

  1. Fill out this form and send it to our email address.
  2. Package the product in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and the protective hygiene seal.
  3. Send the package to the address we will provide by email.
  4. Keep proof of shipment.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, we will proceed with a full refund of the purchased product within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
